The D90 is a turn key system capable of batching 60-90m3 hour.  Its modular design allows the entire plant to be transported on 4 articulated trailers, requiring minimum ground space and its rapid set-up time make it ideal for the construction site or the established Readymix firm.

The D90 comes complete with its own computer control system which manages all aspects of the batching process guaranteeing highly accurate levels of batch repeatability & consistently premium mix quality, with low running costs.  The control system is housed in a custom designed and built anti-vandal cabin to ensure the safety of the plants brain.

The D90 is supplied with either a 1 or 2 Horizontal or Vertical silos which include a built in water storage tank and water pumping system.
